Destination before candidate
The brief records intended use, registration constraints, charging environment, drivetrain, accepted edition, new or used condition, budget and delivery point. This prevents an attractive listing from being treated as suitable without evidence.
Requirements are written as measurable constraints. Daily distance, road condition, climate, passengers, luggage, home supply and public charging access are more useful than a broad request for the “best” version.
Identity before specification
The VIN, legal model, production date, battery, motor, inlet and installed equipment are compared across original records and the vehicle. English search aliases remain discovery terms, not identity evidence.
Manufacturer material is used as dated context. When a brochure, configuration table, seller description or vehicle label disagrees, the conflict is recorded and resolved rather than silently choosing one version.
Inspection before value
Dated media, structure, battery enclosure, underbody, diagnostics, charging, tyres, cabin functions and history form one inspection file. The method and limitations of every battery conclusion are stated.

Authority before payment
The party controlling the VIN, contracting entity, beneficiary, quotation validity and included work are checked. A changed vehicle, account, entity, route or price reopens approval.
Quotations define inclusions, exclusions, delivery term, currency, validity and the consequence of a failed inspection. Buyers should independently confirm the beneficiary using a known channel before transfer.
Export is not destination approval
China-side work can document identity, condition, authority, export steps and loading. It cannot promise destination tax, conformity, registration, public charging, app service, warranty, insurance or future reliability.
The destination adviser should review the identified version rather than a generic model name. Any change to production edition, charging hardware, route or import rule triggers a new review.
